Face2Face is Eurotrader’s interactive support tool that allows you to connect directly with our team through a secure video call — all from your browser. This feature is designed to give you a more personal, real-time experience where you can show your screen (your “window”) and speak with our support agents face to face.

What You Can Do with Face2Face:

  • Speak directly with our support team via video call

  • Share your screen to show us what you're seeing

  • Receive live guidance and technical help

Important: Make Sure Your Microphone Is Enabled

In some cases, clients join the call but their microphone is deactivated in the browser settings — which means we can see you, but we can’t hear you.

To ensure a smooth experience, you must allow microphone access in your browser settings before or during the call.
