What happens to Inactive Live Accounts? - Live trading accounts that remain inactive for 90 days will be automatically archived. 

Steps to Request Account Deletion

If you still wish to proceed with deleting your Dashboard or trading account, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with your account details
  2. Specify the reason for your request so we can better understand your concerns
  3. Our team will review your request and respond once the process is finalized

Note: The same procedure applies if you wish to remove a demo trading account from your account list.
