If you are a European client and need to update your phone number, email, name, or address, please send your request to [email protected].
However, if your account is registered under Eurotrader MAU or Eurotrader SA, you must send your request to [email protected] instead.
Please include a valid form of identification with your request for verification purposes.
Please note that the procedure for updating your information may vary depending on the type of request. Below, you’ll find the steps required to change your email or phone number.
To update your email, please send a request from your new email address and include the following details in your email:
🔹Your currently registered email
🔹Your trading account number
🔹The date of at least one completed deposit (if applicable)
To update your phone number, please send a request from your registered email and provide the following details:
🔹Your trading account number
🔹The date of at least one completed deposit (if applicable)
🔹A confirmation document that shows your name as the owner of the new phone number, with the country code.
