At Eurotrader, PAMM (Percentage Allocation Management Module) accounts offer an intelligent solution for investors who want to benefit from the expertise of professional traders, called Money Managers. But how exactly are profits and losses shared among investors, and how do fees work?
As an Investor, once you connect to a Money Manager your profit or loss is reflected in real time, based on the performance of the Money Manager you’ve chosen. The PAMM portal Dashboard will show:
-
Total account balance
-
Percentage of profit or loss
-
Historical performance chart in your account currency
You can withdraw your funds at any time by clicking “Withdraw” in the portal. The requested amount will be credited to your INVESTOR account in the main Eurotrader Dashboard.
Important: Before you can withdraw any funds, you must disconnect from the money manager (PAMM). This is because funds tied up in a PAMM account cannot be accessed until the connection is officially ended.
Profit allocation mechanics
Profits and losses are automatically calculated and allocated proportionally among Investors based on:
-
The size of each investor’s capital relative to the total pool
-
The performance of the Money Manager’s trades
If the Money Manager closes a profitable trade, all connected investors receive a proportional share of the gains. Conversely, losses are distributed in the same manner.
Performance fees and commission structure
Eurotrader’s PAMM system features a transparent and structured commission model that rewards Money Managers while keeping Investors fully informed. All applicable fees are clearly displayed in the "Commissions Info" section of the PAMM portal, and they form what is known as the Fee Set — a tailored combination of commissions charged to the Investor.
The available fee types include:
-
Performance Fee: A commission charged only when the Money Manager generates a profit. This fee is deducted directly from the Investor’s account based on the earned profit.
-
Management Fee: A one-time commission applied when an Investor transfers funds under the Money Manager’s control — either at the initial connection or upon depositing additional funds while already connected.
-
Annual Management Fee: This is a recurring monthly subscription fee calculated as a percentage of the Investor’s balance, based on an annual rate. For example:
-
Investor’s balance: $500
-
Annual Management Fee: 12%
-
Monthly fee: 500 × 12% ÷ 12 = $5
-
-
Per Lot/Deal Fee: A fee charged for each executed trading order, typically used by strategies with high trade frequency.
All these fees are customizable by the Money Manager and are visible to Investors before they connect.
