Clients who wish to trade on behalf of a company can open a Corporate Account with Eurotrader. This type of account is designed for legal entities and requires additional documentation to comply with regulatory and due-diligence requirements.

Required Documents for a Corporate Account

To open a Corporate Account, the following documents must be submitted:

1. Certificate of Incorporation

This document must clearly show all directors and/or shareholders of the company. It may include one or more of the following:

  • Articles of Memorandum

  • Articles of Association

  • Certificate of Incumbency

2. Proof of Directors

Official identification and verification documents for all company directors.

3. Proof of Shareholders

Identification and verification documents for all shareholders.

4. Company Proof of Address (POA)

A valid bank statement or utility bill in the company’s name, issued within the last 3 months.

5. Proof of Life Existence (PLE)

Required for each director and shareholder holding 25% or more ownership.

6. Proof of Address (POA) for Directors/Shareholders

Proof of address for each director and shareholder holding 25% or more, issued within the last 3 months.

7. LEI Number

A valid Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) for the company.

Due Diligence and Background Checks

Please note that Eurotrader will conduct background checks on:

  • The company

  • All directors

  • Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs)

These checks are mandatory and form part of Eurotrader’s regulatory compliance procedures.
