How to upload my documents to the Dashboard?

At Eurotrader, we prioritize security, transparency, and regulatory compliance to ensure a safe trading environment for all our clients.

In order to open a real trading account, it is necessary to verify your identity. This verification process must be completed prior to making your initial deposit.

Where to upload your documents?

Once you have logged in to your Dashboard choose the “Profile” section in the options menu and choose "Upload documents"

Inside, you will find different categories at your disposal:

  • Identity verification: In this field, you must upload your national identity document or passport.

  • Proof of address: A proof of residence with your name and recent date. Among the accepted documents we can find supply invoices, bank documents, and documents sent by the public administration. Remember that your name must be visible, appear in full, and show the date of issue.

  • Additional documents: This field is only for processes when we ask for extra information.

Upon submission of the required documentation, you will be able to view also the status in this section.

Please note that you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your documentation, whether it has been approved or rejected.
